Rina Barbut: About teamwork, mutual support and team communication

On June 25, 2020, at 20:00 a lecture was held in Zoom format by Rina Barbut, a well-known Israeli activist and the head of one of the departments of the Israeli Microsoft office, on the topic “How to build cooperation between departments and why is it important?” The lecture was organized by the Zionist Federation of Ukraine and the Association of Jewish Organizations and Communities of Ukraine on the platform of the on-line studio “LIMONAD”.
The event was held in English with interpretation into Russian.
During the lecture the importance of well-coordinated teamwork (including remotely) in achieving the goal was discussed, as well as the advantages of effective cooperation and the need for maximum involvement of each employee. The speaker paid special attention to the issue of networking, that is, the establishment of professional relationships with colleagues. At the end of the lecture, Rina Barbut answered a few questions and told about her experience of building successful collaborative relationships.
